Services Scope

These terms apply to all portable bathroom and dumpster rental services provided by USA Rental Experts in Orlando, FL 32829. Covered services include delivery, placement, servicing, and pickup of standard porta potties, ADA-compliant units, roll-off containers, and restroom trailers. Service intervals follow local health department guidelines, typically every 7 to 14 days. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 requires one toilet per 20 workers on construction sites; we ensure your rental meets that standard. Exclusions include hazardous waste as defined by EPA RCRA, any material requiring special handling, and items not listed on your rental agreement. Separate agreements are needed for concrete washout dumpsters, handwash stations, or events exceeding 200 guests where ADA Title III applies. All services are subject to availability and driver scheduling.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed based on inventory and truck availability. We schedule deliveries and pickups within a window, not a precise time, due to route demands. Cancellations require at least 48 hours notice for standard weekly rentals; same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation. Changes to service scope such as swapping a porta-john for a restroom trailer or adding extra pickups must be approved in writing. If you need to extend a rental, notify us before the scheduled pickup date. Missed servicing windows due to site access issues may result in a rescheduling fee. We follow local ordinances for street placement permits; if you fail to obtain a required right-of-way permit, charges apply for any citations.

Estimates and Payment

Quotes are provided based on the rental period, equipment type, and estimated weight for roll-off containers. Final pricing may adjust if actual tonnage exceeds the allowance or if additional services like drop-and-pull or extra cleanings are needed. Payment is due at the time of booking for standard orders; larger projects may require a deposit. We accept credit cards and checks. If you add debris beyond the agreed scope such as mixing concrete with wood the load may be rejected at the transfer station, and you will incur extra gate fees. Always confirm weight limits: a 30-yard dumpster weighs 4,000 pounds empty and can hold roughly 10 tons of debris before DOT limits apply.

Workmanship Warranty

USA Rental Experts warrants that delivered equipment is clean, functional, and meets industry standards. Standard porta potties are 44 inches wide by 89 inches tall and include a toilet seat, ventilation, and hand sanitizer. If a unit arrives damaged or fails to operate, we replace it within 24 hours. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, such as overloading a dumpster past the fill line or placing heavy objects on top of a portable toilet. Vandalism, weather-related damage, and unauthorized modifications void the warranty. We also guarantee that ADA-compliant units are placed on level ground and meet accessibility requirements. Any service issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Liability Limits

USA Rental Experts’ liability is limited to the total cost of the rental service. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, such as cracks in driveways from dumpster placement, or for damage caused by improper loading by the customer. Our drivers follow safe placement practices, but we cannot guarantee against surface damage on asphalt or concrete. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and local health codes set minimum sanitation requirements; we are not liable for citations resulting from your failure to maintain adequate units. EPA RCRA rules exclude hazardous waste; if you dispose of prohibited materials, you assume all liability. DOT weight limits cap roll-off loads at roughly 10 tons; exceeding that weight may result in fines and additional charges.
